请问stern面试是blind的吗？有没有面过的同志介绍下经验呀？

据我所知，stern的面试人看过你的所有申请材料的。

The interviewer has read my application, she can even remember some sentences in one of my essays!

They are familiar with your application, so get familiar with your own resume and essays.  Still, be relaxed and be yourself.

My first interview question was "tell me about your dance club", as I mentioned I have been taking 2 years dancing class as a hobby!  The small talk in fact opened me up and the following conversation was nice and pleasant...
